The Department has prepared its final plan for the "Retrospective Review and Analysis of Existing Rules"
in response to Executive Order 13563. The final plan is available
on this website, at regulations.gov, and at DOT.gov/open.
It includes our responses to public comments and suggestions received during development of this final plan.
We provided the public with an opportunity to submit comments and suggestions to help us develop this plan and now encourage the public to submit comments, in the future,
to further improve the plan. You should submit your comments to the DOT public docket for this matter,
DOT-OST-2011-0025
(at regulations.gov) or, as we allowed during the earlier comment period, via IdeaScale.
Comments may be submitted on the processes described in the plan or any existing DOT rules.
